Guidelines for Booking an Appointment:

1. We require a credit card to make a reservation for the following:​
 

  • Any time you are booking more than one spa service.

  • Any time you make a reservation for more than one person.

  • Any time you make a reservation for spa packages.​

 

2. If you are booking an appointment by redeeming a gift certificate, please have the gift certificate number ready when booking the appointment. Our cancellation policy will also apply to gift certificate redemptions.

3  Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.  Parties of 5 or more require a one week notice of cancellation. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and can have travelled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.


4. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service, which will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled.​

5. All prices are subject to change based on individual circumstance.

6. We reserve the right to refuse any appointment.

7.  Appointments available after hours upon request.

8. We accept Cash, Check, Venmo, Paypal, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.​

9.  There is a 3.99% charge on all credit card charges

10.  A 20% Gratuity will be added to all parties of 4 or more

Group Bookings:
For parties of 4 or more with multiple services and exclusive use of the spa, please contact our group coordinator, Julianne for group booking policies and availability. A $100.00 non refundable deposit is required to secure your date.  This fee is for exclusive use of the spa and not for any services.   A 20% gratuity will be added to all spa parties.
